Cost: $395.00 per student, $50.00

Deposit: $50.00 non-refundable deposit to hold
space in class.
- A deposit of $50.00
must be received at the time of registration in order to reserve your
space in class. The balance is due by the start of class.
- Payment must be made by
cash, check or money order made payable to Grov-Air,
Inc. and mailed to 7410 Autumn Court, Avon, IN 46123. We also accept Credit Cards.
- Our
instructor/student ratio will be limited to l:4
in order to maintain a high quality of learning.
- Please note that due to
the small class size, registration will be accommodated on a first-come,
first-served basis.
- Workshop
includes: Van’s RV Training Project and RV informational brochures.
- Coffee and
bagels will be available in the morning.
- All tools
will be provided, but you may bring your own if you wish.
- Student
must provide Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection and wear Appropriate
Shoes.
Assumption of
Risk, Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement:
I
the undersigned, in exchange for being allowed to participate in the Basic
RV Construction Skills Class on ________________, agree to be bound
to the following: I hereby agree to
release, waive, covenant not to sue, indemnify and hold harmless Grov-Air,
Inc., Avon Electric, Inc., or any other aircraft builders occupying space in
the building and all of their officers, employees and agents (collectively the
“Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims,
demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to
any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by
Participant or loss or damage to any property belonging to Participant arising
out of or related to participation in the above named class, and excepting only
such loss, damage or injury as may be caused by the sole negligence of any Releasee. I also acknowledge that these terms shall bind my
heirs and personal representatives.
